My relationship with Combined formed over 15 years ago when the Malden Business Community joined together to raise money for a new track at McDonald Stadium. Working alongside John Pereira I saw firsthand the dedication he and his team have to Malden and to its residents. Since then we have worked together on the Malden YMCA board where John's leadership was crucial in raising money for the capital campaign to build a new YMCA. Hardware Products Company, LP has been a tenant of Combined Properties for 25 years. When renegotiating lease extensions, we have always come together in an amicable way. When a leak in the roof developed, it was fixed in a very timely manner. When normal wear and tear occurred, it was routinely attended to by the landlord. The property management team has always been responsive and their crew is always on site attending to the routine grounds keeping and property upkeep.
