These are a few of the goals that real estate developer Combined Properties had when they set out 7+ years ago to build a new high-rise apartment community called 160 Pleasant Street in the heart of Malden Center.

These goals have been met and more, as the dust clears on the site: a modern 204-unit building, just across the plaza from City Hall, and one-block to the Malden Center Orange Line station.
