Combined Properties Inc. Leases Space to Mystic Brewery, LLC
Local Micro-Brewery to Call 174 Williams Street in Chelsea its New Home
Chelsea, MA | Combined Properties, Inc. has signed a lease with Mystic Brewery, LLC for 12,865 square feet of space at 174 Williams Street in Chelsea, Massachusetts. The newly leased property will serve as a Belgian-style micro-brewery.
Mystic Brewery hopes to begin brewing beers on-site at their new home in Chelsea mid-year. The brewery emphasizes flavor, aroma, structure, and balance in their beer and specializes in making wild and high gravity beers. Their first two beers include Mystic Saison, a dry, crisp Belgian-style brew and Mystic Entropy, a thick, complex, high-alcohol brew that is more of a cordial than a traditional beer.
“Mystic Brewery is thrilled to begin operations at this location,” said Bryan Greenhagen, Ph.D, Mystic Brewery’s founder and brewer. “The landlord was really flexible in allowing us to phase into the space over time. As Mystic Brewery grows as a company, the space will grow with us.”
In addition to allowing for growth, the space at 174 Williams Street offers unique, direct access to Route 1 and the Mystic/Tobin Bridge. The property, which is part of a 250,922 square foot first-class industrial complex owned and managed by Combined Properties, is five minutes from downtown Boston and easily accessible by Routes 93, 90, and public transportation.
Vice President and Director of Leasing Greg Regazzini represented Combined Properties. Mark Stevens, of The Steven’s Group, represented the tenant.
