Three Mystic Avenue Tenants Renew Leases with Combined Properties
Medford, MA | Combined Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce its recent renewal of three Medford leases totaling 26,250 square feet on Mystic Avenue/Route 38. The renewing tenants include General Insulation, Sherwin Williams, and Sonapar/North East Electrical Distributors.
General Insulation, who has expanded its space by 2,115 square feet bringing 278 Medford Street to 100% occupancy, now occupies 6,865 square feet. General Insulation is a major distributor of commercial and industrial insulations, HVAC products, fire stop products, and many accessories such as gaskets and tapes.
Sherwin Williams Auto Finishes, occupying 5,670 square feet at 312 Rear Mystic Avenue, manufactures and distributes a complete line of advanced technology paint and coating systems for automotive and fleet refinishing industries.
Sonapar/NorthEast Electrical Distributors, occupying 13,715 square feet at 326 Mystic Avenue, is a full-service electrical distributor to electrical contractors, Original Equipment Manufacturers, industrial, utility, and institutional customers. This Medford location is one of 32 NorthEast Electrical Distributors branches throughout New England.
