Combined Properties, Inc., leases 5,464 SF to Agave Mexican Grille and Tequila Bar

Agave Mexican Grille’s new home at 270-280 Medford Street is owned and operated by Combined Properties. This prime retail location, situated half way between the Wellington Circle and Malden Center Orange Line T stop, has recently undergone extensive improvements to the building façade and grounds. According to Agave ownership, the recent improvements to the property along with the corridors continued growth were both contributing factors in their investment. With renovations complete and the retail market thawing, Combined Properties is bullish that the remaining 3,000 SF will lease quickly.
