zd Zachary D. Drench
Joined Combined Properties in 2006 as Vice President of Legal Affairs.  Zack has represented corporations, institutions and individuals in a broad range of real estate and environmental matters.  He oversees the legal department of Combined Properties and is responsible for the legal aspects of Combined’s real estate and other sophisticated business transactions.  He is a member of the Boston Bar Association.  Zack earned a Bachelor of Arts in Slavic Languages and Literatures from Harvard College and a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School.  While a student at Harvard Law School, he was co-President of the Harvard Mediation Program, which trains and places student and community mediators in local courts to provide alternative dispute resolution services.  Before joining Combined Properties, Zack practiced real estate, environmental and land use law in downtown Boston.  He has lectured on zoning, subdivision and environmental law at Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education seminars.

mk Michael A. Keiselbach
Joined Combined Properties in as Property Manager in 1994, and is now the company's Vice President of Operations. Michael is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. He is a Certified Property Manager, licensed Real Estate Broker and licensed Construction Supervisor. For over twenty years, Michael has managed a portfolio of over two million square feet of suburban Boston commercial properties. His responsibilities include lease administration, tenant relations, construction management and maintenance supervision. Michael obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Assumption College and a Master of Arts in Political Science from Boston College. He is an enthusiastic boater and saltwater fisherman.

cm Christopher N. Maietta
Joined Combined Properties in 1992 as Vice President of Business Development.
 Experienced in acquisition, development, financing, marketing, management of commercial, industrial, retail, residential property.  Previously with Perini Land and Development Co. and Cummings Properties.  Recent developments:  160 Pleasant St., $45 million smart-growth, transit-oriented community, 204 apartments, 225-space underground parking; and 125 Mountain Ave., $15 million, a 76,000 s.f. Y.M.C.A.  Holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, a B.S. in public communications from Boston University, and is a graduate of Phillips Academy.  A director of the Mass. chapter of N.A.I.O.P., is a past chairman and president.  In 2000 founded Wayland-Weston Rowing Association, Inc., 501(c)(3) educational organization operating rowing team for Wayland and Weston high schools; now a varsity sport, the team has built a boathouse and medaled at Mass., regional and national championships.  Assists several school, college and community rowing programs, received Mass. Recreation and Parks Association’s Special Citation Award for contributions to youth development and public parks and recreation agencies. A founder and board member, Friends of Cochituate State Park, Inc.  Named to Mass. State Lottery’s Friends of the Fairway, recognizing one citizen from each of the Commonwealth’s 351 municipalities who contributes to community through sport.

pm Patricia P. Morrow
Joined Combined Properties in 1988 and is presently the Vice President of Finance and Administration. Patricia has over twenty-five years of experience in the implementation, management and supervision of accounting and finance departments in the real estate industry. She has expertise in providing accounting controls to start-up businesses and maintaining sophisticated management information systems. Overseeing a staff of four, Patricia is responsible for preparing annual budgets, including capital expenditure budgets and performing quarterly comparisons of budgeted vs. actual expenses. Patricia earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Thomas College and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Salem State University. An avid runner, Patricia is active with community groups on behalf of Combined Properties, including Zonta, The Rotary Club, and the Malden Chamber of Commerce. She currently the Treasurer for both the Malden Chamber of Commerce and The Rotary Club.

jp John M. Pereira
Joined Combined Properties in 1987 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel.  He was appointed Executive Vice President in 1989 and President in 1991. In 1994, Mr. Pereira acquired the firm and is the company’s sole stockholder. Long a Board member of the Malden-based non-profit group Triangle, John is now Vice President of the board. He is President of the board of the Malden YMCA, a board member of the South Shore YMCA, and also a board member of Danvers Bank. Mr Pereira is a registered Massachusetts Real Estate Broker, a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Real Estate Finance Association, National Association of Office and Industrial Properties, Massachusetts Bar Association, Chelsea Boys and Girls Club Breakfast Club, Chelsea Chamber of Commerce, Medford Chamber of Commerce and the North Shore Chamber of Commerce. Prior to joining Combined Properties, Mr. Pereira was a partner at  Sherin and Lodgen, a Boston law firm.  In private practice, Mr Pereira represented banks, real estate developers, business corporations  and retailers.  He has been admitted to the United States Supreme Court, Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, United States Federal District Court and United States Federal Court of Appeals. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth and a Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School.

gr Greg Regazzini –
Joined Combined Properties in 2004 as Director of Leasing, and in 2006 was promoted to Vice President of Leasing. Greg is a member of the Massachusetts Bar, is a registered Real Estate Broker and a member of the North Shore Chamber of Commerce. At Combined Properties he oversees the negotiation and leasing of a diverse portfolio of flex, industrial, office, R & D and retail space and maintains existing client relationships. With assets under care totaling 34 properties and over 1.6 million square feet, Greg also performs market analysis relative to evaluating the company’s portfolio and is responsible for creating and implementing related marketing programs. Greg has over twenty years of progressive real estate experience in the Greater Metropolitan Boston area as a real estate broker and attorney representing institutions, corporations, real estate trusts and individuals. Greg earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Boston College and a Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law. Greg recently moved back to his home town of Reading with his wife and two small children. He looks forward to volunteering for a variety of youth focused programs in town.
