Non-Profits, Community Groups and Volunteering


Sometimes it is best to get things done outside of the office.

John Pereira is currently Vice President of the board of the Malden-based non-profit group Triangle. He is a member of the board of the Malden YMCA, and a board member of the South Shore YMCA.

Chris Maietta, V.P. Development, founded Wayland-Weston Rowing Association, an organization operating a high school rowing team, and he is a founder/board member of Friends of Cochituate State Park.

Patricia Morrow, V.P. Finance, is currently President of the Malden Chamber of Commerce and President of the Malden Rotary.

Michael Keiselbach, V.P. Property Management, is treasurer/clerk of the Ernest Fortin Memorial Foundation.

Other volunteers include our financial assistant who walks every year for Juvenile Diabetes, M.S., and Breast Cancer. We have a maintenance expert who is a Good Samaritan and 5K racer, and a legal associate who donates time to the Big Sister Association. Our Marketing Manager donated a website to an after school program. Our V.P. Leasing is active in youth sports and coaching. Our Property Assistant works every year with youth sports programs and the Melrose Humane Society. This is just to name a few.
