Combined Properties is pleased to welcome Rico Wang as the new Leasing Office Administrator at our 160 Pleasant Street Apartments. Wang joins Combined Properties with a background in Visual Communications Design and International Business.
Prior to joining Combined Properties, Wang studied Graphic Design in South Korea at Woosong University receiving her bachelor and masters degree in Visual Communications Design. During her time there Wang was also an instructor in Graphic Design teaching Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. When the opportunity presented itself to come to the US, Wang received her second master’s degree at Hult International Business School in Cambridge, MA. Upon her arrival, Wang was exposed to the real estate market and took an interest in residential investment properties which has led her to her new position at Combined Properties. Wang is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and proficient in Korean which should enhance the experience of 160’s international clientele.
During Wang’s free time she enjoys being with her family, especially her 1 year old daughter. Wang also loves trying new foods and traveling whenever possible.
