Combined Properties, Inc., a full-service real estate investment and development firm, today announced that it has leased 53,000 s.f. of space at One Corporation Way in Centennial Park, Peabody, MA to Carl Zeiss SMT, Inc. One Corporation Way will be the German company’s North American Headquarters.
Carl Zeiss SMT, Inc. is a leader in providing next generation, atomic-level microscopes for the global semiconductor and materials sciences industries. Zeiss’ breakthrough in helium ion technology has enabled them to develop a revolutionary scanning ion microscope and imaging system. Scientists working at the atomic level can now experience never before seen resolution and material contrast.
