Combined Properties, Inc., Inks Two New Leases Totaling 50,000 s/f at 378 Commercial Street.

Combined Properties, Inc., today announced that it has signed a lease with General Insulation Company for 30,000 s.f. of space at 378 Commercial Street, Malden, MA.  General Insulation is a national distributor of commercial and industrial insulations, HVAC, fire protection products and other accessories to mechanical contractors and supply houses.  By providing the highest quality products and superior customer service General has grown to 22 branch locations throughout the United States.

Combined also recently welcomed Interline Brands to 378 Commercial Street by executing a lease for 20,000 s.f.  Interline is a leading direct marketer and distributor of maintenance, repair and operations products.  These products include plumbing, electrical, hardware, security hardware, HVAC and related items.  They celebrated their IPO at the NYSE in January of 2005.

V.P., Director of Leasing, Greg Regazzini represented Combined Properties in both transactions, both tenants were represented by Mohr Partner’s Dallas office. 

378 Commercial Street is a 114,920 s/f industrial center strategically located just 5 minutes north of Boston, Cambridge and Logan International Airport. Only 20,000 s.f. remains available in the building.
